Instructions for author's > Oral presentation

Duration:

• Your presentation should not exceed 12-13 minutes.

PPT Presentation:

• FORMAT : Prepare your ppt in 16/9 format to fit the conference projection screen.
• MANDATORY TEMPLATE: You will find attached 4 mandatory dia ppt proposals to use for your first PPT presentation page. Please choose one of them. The rest of the presentation design is up to you.

Before Presentation:

• You must send your presentation in PPT and PDF format along with the completed and signed voice and image recording authorisation form to hubert.a@grenoble.archi.fr  and carbonnelle.a@grenoble.archi.fr before 25 June 2024.

During Presentation:

• All authors presenting during a session must be seated on stage at the start of the session concerned.
• To facilitate simultaneous translation, WHEN YOU SPEAK, keep the microphone close to your mouth and speak clearly at a conversational pace. If you are reading out a written text, please slow down.
